BLACK KNIGHT LEGACY ACADEMY
The Black Knight Legacy Academy’s goal is to promote musicianship, leadership, and service through music education.
Black Knight Legacy Academy’s mission is to develop and nurture young students into becoming superior musicians and to continue lifelong music-making.
This program will be used as a recruiting tool for the Central Gwinnett cluster band programs. The Black Knight Legacy Academy is rooted in community-based learning where students will learn from professionals as well as peer-to-peer experiences and interactions.
MUSICIANSHIP
Legacy Academy will provided extra training for students to become more proficient at their instrument. Professional clinicians will be available to guide student in various musical objectives and learning targets
LEADERSHIP
Our students will get hands on training with peer leaders in our cluster to become ambassadors and better leaders in our Central Gwinnett cluster schools.
SERVICE
As a Black Knight Legacy Academy student, giving back will be one of our tenants for teaching our students the gift of service.
